This digital microprocessor controller has the simplicity of potentiometer adjustments instead of programming. The TRAC-4 is a powerful board-level controller that takes up little space and is fairly inexpensive.  It is designed for use with MAGPOWR load cells, and pneumatic clutches & brakes via the IPT voltage or current-to-pressure transducer, or for use with AC & DC drives to achieve precise web tension control.  Use with unwind, rewind, or any intermediate tension zone in a web or single strand process.

Operating theTRAC-4 control is simple; set the tension adjustment potentiometer to the desired level and the control compares the actual load cell signal to the desired level and will automatically make the necessary adjustments.
