TS Load Cells are designed with foil strain gages to drift 56% less

Converters can reduce the effects of temperature change on tension control by integrating MAGPOWRís TS Load Cells into their current web process. Designed with Foil strain gages, MAGPOWR Load Cells have a temperature drift specification of a mere .02% of rating per ºC. Other load cells use semiconductor gages that provide only .02% of rating per º F, a 56% difference. TS Load Cells also have one of the broadest operating temperature ranges available (-30º C to 95º ) to ensure that accurate tension is always maintained, no matter how warm or cool it gets.
