Web Guiding
Where will you install a web guide on your process line?
Depending on where you need the accuracy determines whether you implement unwind, intermediate steering, intermediate displacement or rewind web guiding.
Unwind Web Guide/Uncoiler Web Guide 
Ideal for poorly wound rolls. Provides immediate web alignment. Power rating up to 10,000 Lbs in Electromechanical and 50,000 Lbs in Pnuemohydraulic and Electrohydraulic technologies.
Offered as components or a complete stand.
Intermediate Displacement Web Guide 
Most commonly used technique due to minimum space requirement. Requires minimum entry span Available for web width of narrowest of webs to 200 inches+. Also known as offset pivot guide.
Intermediate Steering Web Guide 
Ideal for steering oven exit or conveyor type applications. Best used with long entry spans. Available for web width of narrowest of webs to 200 inches+ Known as Fife's Kamberoller® or Kantiroller.
Rewind Web Guide/Recoiler Web Guide
Proper sensor placement.
Stand repositions itself to achieve proper alignment of the web. Able to push 20,000+ Lbs in Electromechanical (based on coeffecient of friction of 0.1 with correction up to 2 inches/second of error). 50,000+ for Electrohydraulic or Pneumohydraulic. Offered as components or a complete stand.
